Why we built the Collective
Running a local coffee shop is hard. You're managing staff, scheduling social posts, calculating margins, and trying to keep regulars happy. All of this while figuring out how to actually grow your business.
We saw so many owners burning out, isolated, or just winging it without support. We also heard from many who have figured it out and are excited to share how they overcame the many obstacles that come with owning your own business.
So we built this:
A place for coffee shop owners to connect, learn from each other, and access real tools that make the grind a little lighter.
No gatekeeping. No gurus. No "six-figure barista" nonsense.
